This fourth generation family owned business adopted the biological and biodynamic approach to grape growing some years ago. the Joseph drouhin credo is "to bring natural answers to natural problems". The Drouhin family now has vineyards in almost 90 different appellations of Burgundy producing a fascinating array of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 130 years of family winemaking history blended with a new generation of passionate enthusiasts is proving an excellent combinateion, and the proof is in the drinking!

The 2010 Chablis is a refined and elegant Chardonnay with fresh aromas of lemon and grapefruit and a touch of coriander. All leads to a dry palate with good fruit weight and classic Chablis minerality. Rich and long, this is a trulyn beautiful style.
