Returns Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods exchanged or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

At Camperdown Cellars we want to ensure you have the smoothest online shopping experience possible. We understand you can make mistakes and individual tastes can vary. If you purchase a product from our site you are not completely satisfied with, we will gladly swap it for you within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If we find any sign that your items have been temperature affected or damaged we cannot take them back. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and juices cannot be returned. If you would like further clarification, please consult one of our support team before ordering.

  • Refunds & exchanges

    Refunds will be given only for faulty or damaged items or in other circumstances at our discretion. We do however give you 14 days from the date of your purchase to arrange an exchange of your product/s.

    If you need to arrange an exchange contact our support team here. We will be able to arrange a collection of your items which may incur a small delivery fee.

  • Corked or faulty bottles

    We understand that sometimes wine and beer seals will fail. Just make sure you keep at least 3/4 of the contents for ourselves and our supplier to verify and contact our support team to arrange a collection.

  • Damaged deliveries

    All obviously damaged products should be refused at time of delivery and sent back to us via the courier. If you accept the delivery and find later that your products are damaged, please contact our support team here for further investigation.

  • The Refund Process

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be notified when the refund is complete, however the funds being returned to you will depend on how long it takes your bank to release these funds.

  • Corporate Orders

    Stock that is unused can be returned but will be subject to a 10% handling fee, items must be in good condition, original packaging (e.g. case, 6 pack) and unopened. Perishables may not be returned. We recommend speaking to our support team when ordering for an event.
